Please ensure that all information is filled out accurately! For SMS verification, please enter the number without the +1 (Please note that phone verification is only possible with U.S. numbers). Also, ensure that you include the full address details to avoid any issues with delivery.

1. Click "Find ID / PW." 2. Enter the registered email and click "Find ID / PW." 3. Click "Confirm creation" in the email.

To verify your phone number, please enter your number in the phone number field and click the verify button. Please enter only the digits without the +1 when inputting your number. (Note that number verification is only available for U.S. numbers.)

Though Pickple will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Apply

You can apply for multiple products at the same time (please note the maximum is 3). Each product from approval to payment completion is counted as a single campaign. If you already have three campaigns in progress, please wait until one is completed before applying for more. However, please understand that some applications may be declined depending on the product.

The approved campaign product will be shipped to the address you provided. You will receive a notification once the shipment is completed, and you can submit the video after creating it! Please note that the delivery status can be checked on Pickple.

The delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that you can check the delivery status on your My Page.

To ensure accurate product delivery, please be sure to provide a detailed address. Please note that repeated delivery errors may result in the cancellation of your participation.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please update it with the correct address and contact us via the "Contact Us" page. Your original application will be canceled, and you will need to reapply.

Please contact us to let us know which product you received, and we will look into it. For a quicker resolution, please share the brand and product name of the item you received.

Each campaign includes product descriptions and guidelines. You can view the guidelines by clicking on the campaign you applied for and scrolling down. Please refer to the guidelines for each product within the campaign when creating your video.

The video can be submitted after the delivery is completed. For delivered products, please go to My Page → Campaign Progress and use the submit button to attach the link and submit it.

1. Guideline non-compliance → Please review the campaign guidelines for participation. 2. Broken video link → Double-check the link and resubmit the video. 3. Low quality & use of filters → Improve the video quality by enhancing clarity and removing filters before resubmitting. 4. Submitting someone else's video → Please create and submit an original video.

Please revisit the website and resubmit the correct video link. Once you submit it, our manager will review it in order.

It takes approximately 5~10 business days. The video will be reviewed shortly, so we appreciate your patience.

You can redeem it at My Page → Gift Card Shop. When you apply for payment, you will receive a gift card claim code. You can use this code to redeem it on Amazon!

You can check your purchase history at My Page → My Purchase History, and after entering the claim code on Amazon, you can redeem it for a gift card!

Yes, that's correct. Redemption can only be requested in increments of $20, and any remaining balance can be redeemed after participating in other campaigns. Rewards are available as $20 Amazon gift card redemptions, or if your balance is over $300, you can request payment via PayPal.
